Box for desktop won't sync for me. I use SSO and signed out and back in and it still does not work. According to https://status.box.com/ everything is working fine. "Contact Support" on that page brings me here. I do not want to post a message to the Support Forum, I want to talk or message with someone at Box!

Looks like you should reach out internally. And if creating a Box support case is necessary, your helpdesk team will create one in your behalf.
