I have a two Box accounts. I accidentally logged into this one and extended the plan. How can I cancel and get a refund?

To cancel your Box subscription and request a refund, follow these steps: Official Website
Log in to your Box account.
Go to Account Settings.
Find the subscription you want to cancel and select Cancel Account.
Complete any required surveys and confirm the cancellation.
Submit a support case with the Box Billing Team to request a refund.
