Today one important Excel file disappeared without a trace from a Box folder. It's not in the bin - besides, I am quite sure I didn't delete it. I thought that my data is safe in Box but it seems that you shouldn't have anything important here without making sure that you always have a backup on the good old HDD. :-(

Any helpful ideas out there?
