I'm trying to add a user email and I get a message that an account already exists. The user does not show up in the list of managed users. I originally got a message added to a folder in our Box site, but when I tried to add on a different day no file was created just a pop up box indicating the user has an account not tied to an enterprise. How do I get this resolved?
