Just purchased the enterprise version. Tried to add an employee and since he has an account already with Box with the business email, says he can’t be added. How do we fix this.

Does the user already have a paid Box account linked to his email address? At this rate, you won't be able to successfully add the user to your Enterprise. 


Only users with individual Box account(s) can join a Business/Enterprise account. If he's subscribed to the latter, please contact the user's Box Administrator to delete his Box account.

In my situation the user does not have a paid box account.  How do I get them added?  How do I contact a Box Administrator?
