I am trying to add to my enterprise account two users who already have an account with it's work email but not attached to any enterprise.


I cannot invite them to join our enterprise.


Can you help me ?

Edit - Same issue - I am a new enterprise customer.  I am trying to add one of my emails that already had a free account, now to my enterprise account.  I get the message, "xxx@xxxx.com cannot be added to this account because it is already linked to a Box account."  It has been over 2 days since I have made this request, and I need some assistance.  My office cannot move forward with box.com assistance until we can get going on this.
