Hi, my box account was initially set up last year to access a shared folder. Currently I need access to another shared folder with my company but when the owner tries to add me to the new shared folder, a message appears saying "email already used in a BOX account but not associated with an enterprise." We do not know what this means or how to fix this. Can you advise please?

You'll only get this error if the email address with an existing Box account has been invited to join a Business/Enteprise account.  Can you ensure that the owner is sending the collaboration invite this way

Hi! The owner says she is using that method, so we're hoping we could just completely delete my account so I can sign up and be added as a new user?
