I have a user I support who has an account with Box and is suddenly being presented with a prompt to enter 2-step verification. She never had to deal with that before. She can't even log into her account to set up 2-step verification. How can I open a support ticket to help recover her account or get 2-step verification disabled? Thanks.

My colleague is facing the same issue. He is prompted to the 2-step verification which he has never set up before. However, he cannot login to the system to change the password. How can he open his own ticket?
I am trying to open the ticket for him but i can't find anywhere i can do. Does Box have a support email?
