I accidentally moved my Box sync folder on my PC (running Windows 10). This triggered an error message that the folder was now unavailable, that Box Sync would quit, and the next time it ran it would create a new Box Sync folder. Now I have two Box Sync folders, one of which is non-functional. I would like to delete the non-functional folder, but Windows won't let me. The delete key does nothing. If I right click on the folder, Delete is not given as an option. What do I do?

Hello, I have shared files but only the PDF's I am able to see, not the videos. When I click on the videos, an alert saying they have been moved populates. Thanks!

We have some users as guests on a Box Business plus account. We created a Box Enterprise account and are attempting to move them over to our account, but after they accept the invitation to join our org they still get logged in to their old account.This is a timely migration so any quick help will be very appreciated

After deleting and adding files, storage shows as full, but it's not. Can you please run your script to fix it. Thanks.

The default List View shows a lot of whitespace in between rows. Is there a way to switch to a compact display that packs more rows into a given screen?

We revoked access to BOX for an employee. She assigned tasks to me and herself. Although I approved tasks, they remain on my task list because she has not "approved" the task herself. As a reminder, she no longer has access. Is there a way to reassign the tasks solely to me or remove her altogether?   

We are having an issue with not being able to see the contents of a PDF document. The PDF document has fillable cells that are visible when the form is in Preview but not visible when Downloading the document.

HI everyone,  I've been invited to box from another company. I've set up my account and everything works fine. Recently, box asks for a digit code from a 2FA app. However, I never set up 2FA. How can I reset my account to set it up and continue to use it? BR Sebastian

Trying to open Box Drive in AWS. Installed and reinstalled the Box drive multiple times. When opening the Drive it goes to the login credential window. After entering the credentials it goes like "Launching Box Drive". Screen is stuck after that unable to open the drive. Able to access the BOX from web browser and also is able to access the Box drive installed on the local machine. Need to access this in AWS and it is not working. Please assist.

Hi Team, After migrating my Box Sync App, the sync created duplicate folders with my email (not sure why as I moved the drive as is to a new machine), it worked before. As a result, removed all sync folders from both the HDD and the Web based interface, and permanently deleted the folders from the Box Trash. However, it did NOT update the Box used space. After re-adding all my files, I am now over-quota, despite my data being about a third of my quota. I have read there is a script to be ran to solve this, hope you could do this. Also, do we have an ETA as when the used space reporting be patched? Thank you.

I have users with an intermittent issue; they save a file to box drive, then sometimes, when they re-open the file, it is view-only, they click enable editing, and then are prompted to save the file, which defaults to a filename that would be a duplicate except the spaces are %20, they can't save because the file is open, so they save to their desktop and stop using box, effectively. I thought it was MS autosave, so I had them turn that office in the options for each MS program, but the issue persists.
