Question

Storage shows as full, but I haven't reached my storage limit.

After deleting and adding files, storage shows as full, but it's not. Can you please run your script to fix it. Thanks.

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.
