I am trying to remove an old box account from my hard drive in order to replace this with my new account.

  • Are you trying to log out from your desktop Box application? Is there an error message? Please don't hesitate to attach a screenshot of your error for a closer look. 

  • Also, please confirm your Operating System and your current Box version.
