Can anyone help. On the Mac when I put files in the Box App, this then syncs with the web and shows the files there. If I delete any of those files from the Box App on the Mac they disappear from the web. If my machine crashes and I loose all the data, how will I get the data back?
Hi, tried for quite a while and failed to get anywhere. I'm changing my domain name provider and need to change my account email accordingly. Tried adding a second/back up email address but verification notification email fail to appear. Looks like others have had difficulty with this. i started a chat session but it disappeared. i've created two templates and added the fields a recipient is to fill in. When i send the form, the fields are no longer there and the recipient has to add them manually. how do i keep the fields active from the template to the recipient? thank you

When trying to share a folder with a client, Box keeps overwriting the client's email address with just the client's website. I'm unable to share the folder, very frustrating. Here's what happens. I input the email address: <personal information redacted> Box rejects that, and overwrites it with: website.com which doesn't work!! How do I get rid of the autofill?

We need support to assist with resetting our account permissions. We have two seats active on our account and we are only using a combined ~20GB of storage, however, we ALWAYS run into the following warning: "Running out of storage? Your account currently allows you to store up to 100.0 GB of data. Hello, I'm a co-owner of the BOX study folder for few years but recently I lost opportunity to add any new users to the folder, when I try to share the folder link, I'm getting an error "There was a problem while completing your request. Please try again." Same issue continues few days already. Please help to resolve it.
