Folders of the Company are missing

Hello,

the folders and documents of our company are missing. We need them immediatly back. Otherwise we can´t work. This is an emergency. 

We already looked in the trash but there is nothing.

We also tried to call the custumerservice but couldn´t reach anybody. 

Please help us to get our folders and documents back as fast as possible.

    Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist! 

    Is it your owned or shared folder you're looking for? If it's the latter, please contact the folder owner as your access may have ended or expired. 

    Meanwhile, we have a few reminders:

    • When items are deleted from a collaboration folder, both the owner and the person who deleted the item can recover the items from the Trash. 
    • If you are removed as a collaborator from a file or folder that you've deleted, you no longer see that item in Trash. To see the item in Trash, you must be again added as a collaborator to that item.

    To restore or permanently delete specific items in Trash:

    The steps below apply whether you’re selecting from search results or from all Trash items.

    1. Hover to highlight the row of the item you want. The More Options ellipsis (…) displays.
    2. Click the ellipsis (...).  Then: 
      • To return the item to its original location in Box, click Restore.
      • To delete the item permanently, click Delete.
    1. At the prompt, click Okay.
