When I first log into box.com, it's asking me to accept the Terms of service. When i click the "agree" button, I get an error message. See below:

If you're getting an error accepting the folder's terms of service. Can you troubleshoot using the steps below? 

  • Updating your browser to the latest version.
  • Clearing your browser's cache
  • Using Box with an alternate browser, computer, or network. 
  • Restart your machine.
