Cannot send invite to new employee

We have 2 companies. I mistakenly sent the shared folders for KKOS lawyers before I added the employee seats in Main Street Business. I have removed all external shared email addresses from both companies, but it still won't let me add their seats.

 

Please help as soon as possible.
