We are getting below error when user are running Salesforce flow which creates Box folders. This error is not coming when System Admin user is running the flow. We have checked all the field/objects permissions. Could you please help us resolve this error or find the root cause? Each time I attempt to create a new folder I am getting a message that says, "There was a problem completing your request. Please try again." This has been occurring for several days. If I attempt to change an existing folder's name, it says, "You may only use alphanumeric characters and some symbols for folder names." Any ideas how to troubleshoot this?
Is there anyway of using AWS S3 as the source for all data and Box as the frontend? I guess we could shuttle across, from Box to S3 but an unnecessary step and overhead? We have a a CRM pushing data to S3 but have contractors that would benefit from only seeing the documents at the folder level.

We had the person who set up our company account leave and their email was deactivated. We have a lot of data and want to keep the Box account, but we need to change the email of the account administrator, without any access to the old email account. How can this be done? I don't use box, but I provide support for my clients who do and they're saying that they noticed this week they're unable to select text in box previews anymore - they just want to be able to copy text out of box documents (docx) and paste it into another application we use, but they're saying that now whenever they try to highlight, they just get a comment box, which I have tested and verified happens on my end as well. Is there any way to allow them to select text without the need to open the file in word? We want to avoid opening it in word because they have to copy small snippets out of lots of files all day, and the ~10 seconds to open each document really adds up over time.
Hello, My colleague and I are having issues with authentication because our organization recently changed the organizational email address and discontinued the old one that was linked to the authenticator app that is approved by our agency (linked via QR code) now does not work for box authentication. Hello Box, I have the Box app on my Android and I have two issues with it. I upload a video to Box to use as a video in a social media post done via my Android phone1. I can not upload it directly from the Box app in Android to ie Instagram. You can do this in Google Drive. Open video in Google Drive app, click on the 3 dots, select Send a copy and then select Instagram. You can do this in Dropbox. Open the video in Dropbox app, click on the 3 dots, select Share, select Export a copy and then select Instagram You can do this in OneDrive. Open the video, select share, select Send a copy and then select Instagram.But you can not do this in Box. Not to my knowledge. Why? 2. I can't find any of the videos I downloaded from Box on my Android. The images shows up, but when downloading an image I get to select where to save it. On videos I don't. Why? Rb

I am unable to complete the installation of box drive on my mac. After installation, when I open the box application, I am prompted to log in using a web browser. After logging in, box drive does not start and box is not listed in the Finder menu. OS:14.3 (23D2057) Please some one help me!

I contacted Chat but the articles they keep referring me to does not seem to answer my questions. A few problems I have: 1) When the email goes out, it specifies that "my email address" has requested a signature but I want to change that so my name appears instead of the email address. I've followed the instructions in artilces but it does not fix it 2) when I add a recipient tosend a document to, when I go to send another document to that recipient, the recipient is not in the list anymore. It disappears once I send a document. How do you keep the reicpient on the list
Good afternoon community, we are trying to block box accounts from our corporate network, so we decided to block account.box.com domain and addresses and just allow our corp.box.com , issue is, while logging via Okta at some point of the relay it passes through account.box.com and ultimately blocks access to both, what would you recommend to block box personal accounts while allowing a corporate account? thank you
