We are trying to move our website to memberplanet. I am making progress but am stuck on the document storage links to the site. I keep getting this message below.

I get this error when I trying to create a hyperlink from site to Box.

app.box.com refused to connect.  

I contac ed memberplanet and they said it is issue on the box side.

I have read the support articles and do not find this problem. Do you have someone that can help me please. Thank you
