Hi, I have been uploading to a client shared box site for months, however recently I cannot upload documents. I can only download. Anytime I open the links I used to use it says "oops! we can't seem to find the page you are looking for". Please advise on how to help and allow me to upload documents to share folder. Thanks!

Hi - I was a collaborator to a folder. When I tried to log into it today, I was told the folder was deleted or made unavailable to me. When I checked with the owner of the folder, he couldn't access it, either. This led us to believe the folder was deleted server-side. Is there any ways to restore the folder? Hello, We are 3 music producers who started a Business account at yours. We selected the one with unlimited storage space but on the payment page it said 1TB. All 3 of us is now connected with Box and I can't find anywhere where it says if we got unlimited or 1TB.Rb

I have an individual account, using google to sign-in. I'm unable to change, or create a password. Every time I get an error when trying to create a password. I cannot change the password since I don't have an existing password.

Hello Box, I have a user that had created a free account with the company domain. I invited the account into our org to now be a managed account. Storage limitation is set for 7GB on her managed account and the dashboard shows she is under 2GB. She has signed out and back in, and rebooted the computer. I was able to create a new folder and upload a file there when logged on as her through the Admin portal. Thank you, Willis

Is there a way to get the size of a folder in Bytes? The details tab shows GB. Id like the value in Bytes so that I can confirm a completed transfer. Thanks

I have two USAfx accounts. The one I primarily use is fine and the login works. I just tried to login to the one I do not use as often and the saved password is not working. I have tried resetting my password and unlocking the account but both times I have tried this, an email is never sent. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

My organization has multiple ForeFlight users using Apple iPad tablets and we use Box to sync files. I get an email from box saying the owner has synched a file each time any of our ForeFlight Users sync files. This email comes even when the owner is offline and other users are the ones doing the syncing. Why is this? Thanks.

Hello Yesterday was ok, but from 23.04.2024 it is possible to login but after login all box webside is white, os x el capitane and Chrome (Imac 7,1, 2007), last 5 Years everything was greate.
