My coworker lost her MFA device. How should she do to reset her MFA and log in again. She cannot even log in, so I have posted this for her.

I got a similar issue, MFA was activated on my coworker account and he doesn't have the device to get the code.
I'd be grateful if someone could help me deactivating MFA on his account.

In case your co-worker encounters trouble logging into box.com due to account authentication, please tell her to submit a support ticket and ask for an MFA reset.
