Hello!We just switched to Box from FileCloud and I am trying to figure out the best way to transfer our files over. We have roughly 500 gb to upload to box and it seems like every way I've tried keeps running into errors. I was wondering what the best way to transfer them to Box was.
Good afternoon. When I upload a file of more than 1mb it gives error and it does not synchronise in the cloud, the file with a red dot and does not update on other computers. Thank you.

I notice that my most recent installation of Box, does not seem to allow access to synced files when offline. An older PC with Box installed does seem to allow access offline. Box version for which this is a problem is 2.39.174. Offline access is very important in our applications. I am working on Windows 11. The version on the two laptops looks the same.
Hello, I recently got a Business Subscription to Box and I am trying to create a custom URL public link for some documents. When I got to the Shared Link Settings on the specific document, I saw the Non-private custom URL option, which is grayed out for me. Can you please help me resolve this issue?

Hi,I have been signed out from the app and can now not log in again. But I can access my account through browser. I've signed up through gmail. When I try to log in through the app, it redirects me to browser log in page. After input the login info, it redirects me again to the app but in the login page again. The attached image is what I get after try to log in. I've tried both windows and mac pc.

Hi there, I'm working on a Box/Salesforce integration with a client. Since changing the Box service account, we have an error symbol next to Assign Root Folder in the Box Configuration app. This is causing errors when Salesforce tries to automatically create new folders. When I click Assign to try to fix this, the next page has no information and I'm unable to update the root folder or re-assign it. We haven't changed the Root Folder, but we did change the Box Service account. Does anyone know how to resolve this?

To whom it may concern, Please see attached a screenshot of the error message. This occurs when our attorney, tries to open PDF documents from his Box Drive on Windows. He has ‘viewer’, or ‘previewer-uploader’ Status, and has already extended file path on his Windows. But the problem persists. Could you please assist us in finding the issue and the solution?

So the email activations are not going through. I have deleted the account and readded the account. I checked Email flow in O365 Exchange and our Proofpoint. I see nothing. Please assist.
