Admin and Co-admin roles verified domain - I already have another Box account that uses the verified domain

I have a primary Box account for the company that uses the company domain as the verified domain.  I now have a second Box account for separate use by the company, and need to add a co-admin to that account.  I am prevented from doing this by the verified domain rule.  I imagine that there will be issues if I attempt to use the same domain on both sites, is this the case?  If so, how can I set up a co-admin?
