I am a video professional and our team relies on Box regularly for our work. Over the past year, I've observed an issue where Box has been unexpectedly making random audio and video files offline, even when there is no apparent need, such as lack of storage space. For instance, despite having over 100GB of free space on my local drive, after downloading a folder containing 22 video files, Box inexplicably offloaded five of them.
This has occurred during critical moments, like while I’m in the middle of editing a project, leading to sudden disconnections and offline files.
This is extremely frustrating and seems to happen without any clear cause. Has anyone else experienced this issue or have any insights on why this might be occurring?
