Box will not upload files as says storage is full. It's not, it's only 3/4 full. Have deleted and reloaded app but still get full notice. Wasting a lot of time which I don't have to spare. About to get alternative app if fault not resolved within 24 hours.

Hi Box Team, I want to set up a webhook that listens for events on all files and folders within Box (i.e., "All Files"). However, it seems that I can only select one parent folder at a time. Is there a way to configure a webhook for all folders at once? Or do I need to create a separate webhook for each parent folder individually? I've attached a screenshot to illustrate the scenario. If I remove a email, does it remove all the work they have added to the BOX?

I'm interested in knowing the max amount of data that I can store in my box. All online advice points to the max *file size* that it's possible to upload, but not the total storage capacity. Some other advice points to the amount used, not the capacity. Where can I find out how much storage is remaining in my box?

Good afternoon! I keep receiving "Insufficient Permissions: You have insufficient permissions to open.....". I confirmed on the Admin side that I have permissions, and they are able to access and open in Box.com the same files in question. It looks like it's just Box Drive in File Explorer that triggers this. Thanks.
When we try to access a folder we get a spinning wheel and it doesn't work. If we go back one and then try again, it then works. This keeps happening in all solders and subfolders. help please!

I bought a 3 seat starter plan and after setting up my primary account I am not able to add the 2nd and 3rd user. Under the Users and Groups page of the Admin Console it says 3 of 3 seats used but I only setup 1 managed user. When testing I also have external users setup, does this also count as a user seat? If not, how can I add additional managed users?
I signed up via Google SSO and when I try to change my password (I currently have no password) to access a file that requires a strong password, I repeatedly get an error message. I am unable to set up my password. There are lots of posts about this and none of them have an answer - this is a clear bug in the system that would be helpful if it was fully addressed for the community rather than at the individual level. Feel free to respond with the solution here.
