I have been receiving the "Something went wrong with the upload. Please try again" message for 1 consecutive month now every single time I try to upload documents. There is no number I can call to get this directly fixed please help.

Box Accelerator is a global data transfer network that improves the speed of your uploads. If you’re having issues with uploads, try turning this off. If your uploads seem slow, you may have a problem with your network or firewall. See Troubleshooting: Uploads for more information.

I do not have this option of Box accelerator on my account to turn on or off. I am unable to upload anything to the site but everyone else in my organization has no issues at all.
