When sending signature requests, we often need the same Box user to send different types of documents from specific department email addresses. For example, a Referral Partner Agreement should be sent from x@domain.com, while other documents should come from y@domain.com. Although it’s the same Box user as the sender, they need the flexibility to select different sending email addresses. Is this possible?

I have the same error as a previous poster I'm also on windows 10 home 64 bit. This happens since update 2.42.212. Uninstalling Box and reinstalling a previously downloaded version works temporarily until the update is forced from Box. I've been messing with a couple of PPTX files, and I cannot seem to get them to open in the Online format; only the Desktop app seems to work. I tried creating a PowerPoint in Box, but it redirected me to the Desktop app, and when I saved it (a place PowerPoint deck), I still could not open it via Box's Online option.Has anyone else experienced this lately?

Hello, We have an app released to the Box App marketplace for a long time now, but we've just discovered that if we check "Require web app integrations to use secure connections (SSL)" in enterprise settings - the app cannot be added. All of the urls are https and have proper ssl certificates installed. What can we do to resolve the issue? I cannot access a folder that I have been invited to collaborate on by an user outside my organization. When I click on accept invite, it says it cannot find the page. If I click on all files on the blue left ribbon and select the folder, it provides a blue error message.

I followed the instructions to enter my email address and reset my password, but I haven't received the password reset email. What should I do?
Even though the Box status site shows "Microsoft Online" as being operational, multiple members on my team are having issues opening a powerpoint file on Box despite trying different browsers, clearing our cache/history, removing and re-installing relevant apps as suggested here, etc. We're getting the following error message: The refresh button doesn't work even after trying it 10+ times. Is anyone else having this issue? This is causing a big disruption for us.
I moved a file folder from my computer to Box Drive, after a while, I notice not all files are available on the website. If it's not available on the website/cloud, then the people I share with can't see the files either. Why is this not consistent? I thought it should be real-time sync.
Hello, When I log into the box. I log in and do not see anything but a blank screen. I am able to receive the two-factor authentication and I seem to login successfully and the screen is blank. If I try to access a box link from our records, I am able to access the link.and gain access to the box, but I cannot seem to login directly. I have cleared my cache, history, and cookies and I tried 2 different browsers; Google, then Edge and have performed all recent windows and google chrome updates.

Hi there, I've been really struggling with Box today. I wanted to move my box folder on my harddrive, and so made a copy of it. And then discovered that not all my files copied over, and then went to go find them online in Trash so I could restore them. A whole lot of my files (GB's of them!) did not restore and when I clicked on them to try manually restore them, I got an error about "A collaborator" and "Not having access" and now they're gone from my Trash! Please help me get them back. I'm devastated and so frustrated. From a very very unhappy Box user :( MJ
