Box drive capacity is not correct

My Box drive capacity is not correct. 
I deleted all files and folders in my Box drive.
However, Box shows I am using 3.3 GB!
Please support me to fix. Thanks

    And I am sorry for the delay in replying to your message.

    It has been more than 48hours and the capacity is still the same as it was at the beginning, 3.3GB.
    I believe it shows 0GB because only folders are created.
    Please keep me posted.
