One of our former employees, Ben (personal information-redacted), created a Box account and enabled 2FA on it. Since Ben has left the company and we no longer have any communication with him, I attempted a password reset but cannot access the account due to the 2FA. Could you please remove the 2FA from the account associated with personal information-redacted
