Hi @Masa 👋 Welcome to the Box Community! I’d be happy to address your inquiries.

You may consider using Box Drive, which allows you to work with your cloud files just as if they were on your desktop—whether through Apple Mac Finder or Windows Explorer. Whether you create a new Microsoft Word document or edit a PDF in Adobe, any changes you make will automatically save back to Box.

You can also mark files for offline use, enabling Box to download them to your device’s hard drive so you can work without an internet connection. Once you're back online, Drive will automatically upload any changes you made offline.

You can set up Box Drive yourself by following the guides above, as it requires installation on your end. You can always check our related support articles to learn more.

Hope this helps! Let us know if you have any other questions. 🤗

Thank you for your advice.

Sorry but I wasn’t able to still explain the situation enough.

I have accounting data in the desktop PC, so, I’d like to store it to BOX cloud every hour automatically.
I know Box cloud can synchlonize with PC local folder.
but in this case, even if PC shutdown, can it access data to BOX cloud?

Best regards,

Masa - while manual moves into Box for PC or even Outlook-based content is tenable (and Box Drive is very powerful for this use-case), you could also consider automation.  Several ways exist when one combines mxHERO (Box Partner) with the Box Intelligent Content Cloud.  For example, mxHERO could ‘automate’ a digital hygiene play such that your accounting specific files are automoved from an Outlook or even GMAIL location into Box by routine.  We could setup an alias for you such that any content forwarded to that alias gets automatically stored in Box for you (including email body, metadata and any accounting or other specific content).  Lots of ways to solve this.  If you’d like to explore it deeper, we’d be happy to help you explore how Box might solve your use-case challenge.  You can ping me at don@mxhero.com at your pleasure and Team Box is really great at granting options as well per above.  Thanks!
