Well hello there! I’m dani p, but you may recognize me by full name--danielle pedersen. Before I landed in tech, I’ve worked in multiple industries such as video games and foodservice and hospitality. Here’s a little bit about lil’ol’me.

• Based in Austin, TX. Originally hailing from both sides (NY/PA) of the Upper Delaware River.
• I’m a Customer Success Manager here at Box.
• What I love the most about being in Customer Success is guiding customers to get the most out of their investments. It’s about helping people better utilize the tools they have!
• When I’m off hours, you’ll find me doing any of the following: reading, hanging from my aerial hoop, working on an art project (lino prints, cross stitches, paintings, cardboard sculptures), practicing Spanish, or pushing through an overly ambitious learning project.
