Hello Box Community! My name is Kelly Halamek and I’ve been at Box for over 10 years (if you’re wondering why or how  it’s because of all of the incredible people and customers I’ve had the privilege of working with! Y’all are the best!), Customer Success the whole time. I now lead our CS Programs Team and we work on the programmatic things that help our customer-facing Boxers spend more time with customers.
