    This ability is something that is manually activated by our support team.

    SO let me ask first, do you have all the necessary scopes?

    Have requested Co admin permissions from IT…Am waiting on that.

    Hi @Dan

    This “feature” needs to be specifically enabled for the enterprise account.

    This is done by contacting Box.com support and ask to have it enabled.
