Our agency has begun using Box Hubs, and while we are not a tremendously large organization, if I’m adding all staff as viewers for a hub, it comes across as rather inefficient to have to add every single person’s email individually in the share screen so that the hub appears among their accessible choices. I’m not missing something, am I?

For external users who will be added as viewers, they can only be invited individually or via a shared link. Currently, these are the only methods available to add external users to Hubs.
If you'd like to suggest additional features, you can submit your ideas on Box Pulse, where they will be reviewed by our Product Team. Your feedback is valuable and helps us shape the future of Box.
For managed users (users within your organization), you can share with groups. Please note that only groups with permissions other than Admins Only show up on the list of groups you can share a Hub with. Ensure that you have the necessary permissions to add the group. For more information, refer to the Creating and Managing Groups guide.
