Hello,



I have a client that implemented Box for Salesforce. We have enabled seamless login, but it is still requiring users to login into Box each time to access files in Salesforce. Most users are reporting they see the error message below:





I’ve logged a case with Box and they are having issues figuring it out. Has anyone ever experienced this issue?
