My Box Drive icon is grayed out. I am not able to quit the application. The application does not show in the list when I force quit. I am trying to uninstall and reinstall Box Drive and I am getting this error. "Error: Box Drive is running" Please quit Box Drive first before resetting or uninstalling. We have tried all the troubleshooting articles on the Box support community and internet searches. Still not working. Help!
