Password has expired, reset not possibel

I have an account with the old email address martin.reithmeier@hispeed.ch. When I enter the password, I get a message saying it has expired. I can't reset it because I can no longer access my mailbox martin.reithmeier@hispeed.ch

What can I do to have access to this account so that I can see my photos and videos again?
