Could you tell me about ① and ② below regarding the number of API calls? please.



①If the number of API calls exceeds the limit of 50000 times/month of the contracted plan (Business Plus), will it be impossible to call the API?


Or is it possible to use it after charging?



②Also, from which screen should I check the number of API calls?

Box will not shut you off after reaching your limit; however, you should reach out to your account team in order to increase the API call limits and stay within compliance.



There isn’t a way to track your API call totals within Box at this time. Your account team should be able to help you with researching that though. You can run a Platform Activity Report in the admin console - but it would require adding up some of the data in order to get a good picture of usage.

Is it possible to exceed the limit of 50,000 times and make the 50,001st API call?


At that time, will there be a separate charge from the 50001st time?

You may exceed the limit. It will not stop working.



I am not sure on the billing piece. You would want to reach out to your account team here at Box in order to discuss that further. They will have the most up to date information on pricing.
