IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) with Box

Hi,

In Order to integrate ACE (App connect enterprise) application with Box for automated file uploads Which ACE application has to place PDF files in specified Box location. So, when I am trying to get authorization code of box I am getting “Disabled by Administrator” error message.

Thought I have sent email to box team, I haven't received any response. If anyone have an idea on this, please help me.

Hi ​@trinjami 👋 Welcome to the Box Community! For this integration, is the error message the one defined in this support article: Disabled by Administrator: Cannot Use Application?

 

If so, please reach out to your Box Administrator to enable this app. Instructions for the admin are also provided for reference.
