I have started to use Box Notes and quite like the writing experience and ability to collaborate with others on the same file. I realise that there is no export function available. I can live with that since I saw that there is a print function and I counted on being able to Print to PDF. Strangely enough, whenever I’m on the Print window and I select Print to PDF, I see the Note in the background go blank and the resulting PDF is blank as well. I’m using Box on a Mac and I use the Safari browser. When I tried it on FireFox it worked fine. Does this mean that Box does not fully support Apple’s Safari browser and are there other limitations?

Hi @Rob 👋 Welcome to the Box Community! Thanks for sharing how you like Box Notes, and sorry to hear that you've encountered some issues with printing.

Box Notes is supported on iOS Safari, as mentioned here: Box Notes Notices and Known Limitations. For your reference, here’s a list of supported browsers.

If you haven't done so already, could you please try updating your browser or OS to the latest version (if applicable) before trying to print again? If the issue persists, you might also want to try clearing your cache and cookies.

I hope this helps! Feel free to reach out if you have any other questions or concerns. 💙
