The user's Box permissions are determined by permissions in Box.
Since each user individually authenticates into Box through the HubSpot Integration, all permissions set in Box are carried through to the view in HubSpot.
The administrator can also limit whom can Pin or UnPin Folders to HubSpot records.
When users create a Box folder for a HubSpot record, they are added as collaborators with access only to that specific subfolder. Users can see the folder path leading to the record-specific folder without viewing other content within those folders.
