 If a user renames a record folder on Box, does the name of the HubSpot record change? Conversely, if a user renames the HubSpot record, does the name of the record folder on Box change?

• No. Renaming either the HubSpot record or the Box folder does not change the record/folder name on the other platform.

 Does Box Connector for HubSpot support seamless logins?

• No, Box account holders log into Box when accessing content within HubSpot in a new browsing session.  A session will be held until the Box Token expires, so re-authentication is likely every 30-60 days.

 What restrictions can an admin place around HubSpot content in Box?

• The user's Box permissions are determined by permissions in Box.
• Since each user individually authenticates into Box through the HubSpot Integration, all permissions set in Box are carried through to the view in HubSpot.
• The administrator can also limit whom can Pin or UnPin Folders to HubSpot records.
• When users create a Box folder for a HubSpot record, they are added as collaborators with access only to that specific subfolder. Users can see the folder path leading to the record-specific folder without viewing other content within those folders.

• First, export any critical integration data from your HubSpot instance to preserve it. Remove any Box CRM Cards added to page layouts.
