Instant logging.  Trying to following this link below but I don’t see option 3 while I am logging in as “Admin”

Hi,

We have an employee X who no longer works at the company but we need to grant another user to that former X box folders (all folders).

Any advice on how we can do that?  Thanks,

TT

Hi @svho 👋 Welcome to Box Community!

We need to determine the “admin” access first. If you have primary admin credentials, you should have a full control on the enterprise as a whole including instant login to other managed users.

For co-admins, your primary admin has the ability to grant and remove a specific access level to co-admins in your organization. If you’re not seeing the Log in to this account option, please have the admin check your permissions:

Go to Admin Console > Users and Groups > Managed users > Find your account profile and go to "Edit User Access permissions"

👉 See Understanding Administrator and Co-Administrator Permissions to learn more.

Once access is granted, please try again logging in as another user. In the event that you already have permissions and still unable to login, try a different browser or clearing your browsers cache and cookies; or logging out from Box then log back in.

Give us an update how it goes! 🤗

Hello @svho 🤗 I moved your other topic here as it’s related to primary/co-admin access. Either the primary admin himself can transfer the ownership of the folders owned by your “Employee X”.

For instant login once able to confirm a co-admin’s access, you can change the owner of one of your managed user's folders to another user.

Looking forward to have these sorted out! 💪
