i accidentally disconnected my email connections in my Gmail then when i register again in the same email my all files are gone

To clarify further, can you tell us more about disconnecting email connections in your Gmail? Is this the email address you’ve registered with Box? For security reasons, please do not post your email address here.
 

Please note that as long as the email address linked to your Box account is not changed to a new one, it will remain your login credential. Additionally, an email associated with Box cannot be released unless it is updated to a new one or deleted by an admin from the Admin Console. If an email is currently linked to Box, it will not allow the user to sign up for or register a new Box account, as an account already exists. This is why we’d like to better understand your statement about registering “again.”
 

Kindly ensure that you are logging in via https://account.box.com/login using the email address you’ve registered with Box. If you’re having trouble logging in, you can try resetting your password. We hope this helps resolve the issue. 🤗
