I am saving documents from ShareFile to Box.com. I need to double check that the migration is catching everything. To that end, I want to check the file count for every folder. I don’t see that option in Box. Very frustrating. Any tips appreciated.

The reports we currently offer within the Admin Console is our Folders and Files Report and most closely provides the requested data. You can also check out Running Reports article to learn more.
With this report, you can use the “Item Type” column to filter rows between folders and files, which will indicate the total counts for these items.
Note:
- You must be an organization administrator to run a report. Admins can run any report. Co-admins require specific permissions to run reports. See Co-Admin Permissions Required to Run Reports for details. With limited access, please reach out to your Admin.
Beyond this use of the Folders and Files Report, we do not currently have a specific feature or report that will just include columns for the total number of file counts of a user for folder contents. Sorry for any limitations and I look forward to have your contents migrated successfully.
