You can definitely use Box Sign to e-sign an NDA and an outsourced contract with a user based in the UK. There should not be any restrictions preventing a Japan-based user from signing a document with another user, as long as Box Sign is enabled for the sender. The only limitations you may encounter would be related to the plan you’re on, which could affect things like the total number of requests you can send.
