My name is Kelly Halamek and I’ve been at Box for over 10 years (if you’re wondering why or how 😂 it’s because of all of the incredible people and customers I’ve had the privilege of working with! Y’all are the best!), Customer Success the whole time. I now lead our CS Programs Team and we work on the programmatic things that help our customer-facing Boxers spend more time with customers.
