Not receiving authorisation email

Hello. I’m hoping someone can help with this…

I am trying to set up an app, to support the migration of some files from Box to a different storage system.

I’ve set up the app on the developer console and it is showing as ‘Pending authorisation’, waiting for our admin to approve.

But I am the admin and I’ve not received any emails or contact about it.

Any advice on how I can get authorised?
