As of this moment, t​his feature is not available. The max file size limit depends on the Box plan that your enterprise is subscribed to and based from the file owner’s file size limit if you’re collaborating to others.

However, I agree that this could be helpful for a lot of use cases. We highly recommend filing a feature request directly to the Product Team through Box Pulse or upvote Decrease upload file size limit. Our Box Product Team periodically reviews all suggestions and your ideas/feedback will definitely help shape the future of Box!
