Outlook (.msg) file preview

Question

When I upload a .msg (Outlook) to my box, and click to preview, the preview shows only unformatted text sans any images or typography. Is there a way for the preview to show a more representative view of the email, complete with fonts and images?

​@rnewman34if you would need to consider, the mxHERO partner integration with Box would allow you to view any email message stored in Box in a PDF format - inclusive of links within that PDF to any attachments that might have been associated with the email. mxHERO is a former Box Partner of the Year and the Mail2Cloud platform provided by mxHERO allows you to automate (or manually select) emails (inbound or outbound) for storage within Box including PDF/MSG/EML versions of the email body, all applicable metadata, and attachments.
