Unable to download files/shared links not working

We have suddenly noticed that Downloading files via the web interface is not working on any files, and our public Shared Links are prompting users who view it to sign in.

 

I don’t see anything on the status page indicating an ongoing incident. Is anyone else currently experiencing the same thing?

Status update: All services should now be returned to full functionality. 🙌 We will continue monitoring it, and please let us know if you encounter the same issue. 🙂

Same here….big problems across the enterprise.  Box has not yet updated the https://status.box.com/ status page.  

 


We are having the same issue in our org. Also receiving a permission error in Box Drive

I called Box Premium support and they acknowledged the issue.

While I appreciate the acknowledgement, the fact they dont update the status page… What’s the point of the status page?
