Regarding the message when enabling AI, the message indicates that your organization has specific restrictions when using Box AI, however, as an admin, you may still request access and enable Box AI for your organization by reaching out to our account team. Without an assigned account team yet, you may contact our Sales Team to discuss Box AI for trial.
I also hear your concern about the support response time. It's true that response times can vary depending on the volume of tickets. We handle tickets in first-in, first-out basis, and I see that our Product Support team has reached out to you about configuring AI and awaiting for your follow up should you need further assistance.
We offer a range of documentation and resources accessible to all Box users. Additionally, please note that support options may vary based on your account type. Currently, phone support for technical concerns is available to Premier Services. For all other concerns, we kindly ask that you submit a support ticket, as these are thoroughly documented and monitored. Thank you for your understanding.
As for pricing, it’s understandable to compare Box with other solutions. Box’s pricing typically reflects the additional security, storage, and enterprise-level features, but it's important to evaluate whether those benefits outweigh the cost for your specific needs.
