Reporting: Best Practice / Getting Started

While reports can sometimes be an after thought when administering Box, I find that clients who schedule reports upon deploying Box stay the most in tune with their end user footprint. 

While there are many reports within your admin console, I would highly recommend scheduling one of our largest/most customizable reports, User Activity, to run on a weekly or monthly basis. Your end user / content footprint can be extremely vast and keeping record of your enterprise’s Box activity can make your life much easier to take action when needed.
